Registration
The validation of the order by the Customer requires the finalization of the process of the purchase tunnel within the framework of an order on the Internet site https://www.design.julienchazal.com

Order validation
After validation of the order, the customer receives a confirmation message at the given e-mail address. This message contains the order number which must be mentioned at each exchange.

The order becomes final only after the receipt of payment.

Nature of the works sold

All the paintings, original works, books and carteries on sale on the website are offered by the artist Julien CHAZAL registered at the House of Artists (France) / URSSAF under the number: C211811.
This status opens a right of tax deduction for the companies (for the works of art only). The acquisition of a work of art does not give any right of representation, diffusion or reproduction to its purchaser. Only the artist Julien CHAZAL keeps his right on his creation, France and the rest of the word. Any use of the visual of the works will have to be the object of a request for authorization.

Order one or more paintings

To order one or more paintings, you must go to the page of the painting you wish to purchase, and click on the "Add to cart" button. To finalize your purchase, click on the corresponding part in the shopping cart. Then click on "Order" to start the ordering process.

Payment security

All credit card transactions offer and ensure a totally secure payment system. The page where you enter your banking information is encrypted (SSL technology, Secure Socket Layer). Your bank details cannot be intercepted. Your banking data (card number, expiration date and cryptogram) are not communicated to Julien CHAZAL.

Delivery - shipping

The delivery will be made to the delivery address indicated within a period of 7 working days. Shipping costs will be indicated at the end of your order process.

Return Policy

In accordance with the article L121-20 of the code of consumption in France, you have a period of 15 days of retractation for France) and 30 days for the rest of the world. During this period you can return the works (the return postage will be at your expense). The refund will be made within 15 days (or 30 days) after receipt of the works.

Liability and Warranty

This contract is governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
